Bianca joined Voinescu Lawyers in October 2025 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. She approaches every legal challenge with a focus on creative collaboration and dedication, viewing them as the key to successfully navigating complex matters.

As a 2025 graduate of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, Bianca is currently enhancing her academic specialization by pursuing an LL.M. in International Arbitration at the same institution.  

        
Her professional focus encompasses International Trade Law, Administrative Law, and Civil Law, while also extending to practice areas such as Criminal Law and Tax Law. Furthermore, she maintains a proactive commitment to expanding her expertise, demonstrating a high degree of adaptability to the specific needs of each client.

Bianca is fully proficient in English and maintains conversational command of German.
