Timeea is a highly qualified lawyer with more than sixteen years of experience in dispute resolution and consultancy across various areas of business law. While activating primarily in litigation and arbitration as main practice, she also focuses on other areas such as insolvency & restructuring, data privacy, commercial agreements, employment, and public procurement.

As litigation counsel, Timeea has provided assistance and representation to leading global and national companies in a wide variety of cases in front of national courts of law at all levels and in several arbitration proceedings before national and international courts.

Timeea has worked on commercial and civil trials related to various types of contracts, corporate disputes, employment, insolvency, press offences, intellectual property, life sciences, procurement, administrative and tax disputes, as well as disputes regarding financing granted by the European Union.

Timeea is fluent in English, French and Spanish. She is also a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne Law Faculty and holds a LL.M degree in European Business Law at the Paris I Sorbonne University.
