Raluca is a Managing Associate lawyer with focus in both dispute resolution and consultancy. She was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2017.

Her areas of expertise covers civil and commercial litigations, including insolvency, press offences and employment cases, as well as corporate consultancy, including the negotiation of complex commercial agreements. Raluca has successfully represented leading major international and local companies in a wide variety of litigations and arbitration cases.
