Claudia joined Voinescu Lawyers in October 2023 and has a practice focused on corporate and commercial matters. She is involved in complex advisory and transactional work, contributing to projects that require both technical precision and a solid understanding of business dynamics.

She holds degrees from the Franco-Romanian Law College of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, and has pursued a master’s programme in European Union Law.

Claudia’s areas of expertise include corporate law, M&A and competition law, European Union law, and business-related civil and commercial matters. She advises clients on corporate structuring, transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment, adopting a pragmatic, solution-driven approach tailored to commercial objectives.

She is fluent in English, has an advanced level of French, and is continuously developing her Spanish language skills.
