Mădălina joined Voinescu Lawyers team in September 2019.  

Being known as a high-quality working lawyer, Mădălina was involved in some of the most complex project that have been successfully managed by Voinescu Lawyers. 

During these years, Mădălina acquired a solid experience in dispute resolution matters and she represented clients before Romanian courts in commercial and administrative disputes, competition law and labour law disputes and also in construction litigation.  

She assisted and represented our clients in daily-basis matters, including corporate and regulatory matters. 

Mădălina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law University of Bucharest (2019), Universidade da Coruña (as an Erasmus student) and holds a master’s degree in business law.
