Rares is a qualified lawyer boasting an impressive academic background with notable achievements. He also holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Law, both from the University of Bucharest. 

His expertise and interests lie primarily in commercial and corporate law, litigation and arbitration, as well as criminal law, with the purpose of developing his practice in these fields.
